'Dear Christine and Team,
Thank you for sharing a few hours of your day on Tuesday to show us around the amazing animal welfare centre that you and your team run! We had a wonderful time and were totally blown away at the awesome work you do for the animals. We came away feeling uplifted, positive and it has galvanised us even more to help in anyway possible. To see the animals in such comfortable and happy surroundings, it makes it very difficult for us to understand how people have spread such awful rumours without knowing the full facts! Well know this, we will put an end to such diatribe! We salute you and your team for the enormous efforts you go to, to help the animals! We will talk to you soon re some ideas we have.

"Thank you for all your kindness to the poor and unwanted and sick animals. [This is] For the poorly, very thin, black and white dog with the beautiful eyes at the shelter. To keep you warm and help you get better quickly. Woofs".
'After visiting your Shelter I could see how the animals are loved and treated with great kindness.I always like to give to animal charities so I send a cheque whenever possible, it feels good to give money to a charity where I've actually seen for myself how it's used and appreciated.Hoping the Hot Dog Show Sunday 3rd May is a great success and that you make lots of money for the sanctuary. All the best, S.... XX'

Email message received from a loyal Supporter 12th Jan 2015:- I´m spreading word about your animal shelter and hope to get some more sponsors for your animals. You are doing a fantastic job and I´m really grateful that you all have such a big hearts.
Here’s hoping Andy and lots of other lovely dogs find forever homes soon. You do a wonderful job. Where else would you find an animal charity on Christmas Eve with its clinic and sanctuary open to take in deserving cases like Andy? Not at Halifax RSPCA that’s for sure. That’s why we return to Cyprus - because you are there for the animals and we don’t see distressing sights like you do elsewhere. You are helping the tourist industry as well as the animals – by helping the animals. A pity more don’t see it that way. Pay no heed to the mean-spirited knockers – they aren’t worth it. Hi, I called an hour ago about a sick kitty on my complex and I just wanted too say thank you very much for your quick service. For coming out straight away and managing to catch the poor thing! Also a massive thank you to the lady called Carol who managed to coax this very frightened and quite obviously in a lot of pain cat! Such a wonderful service! You have been very helpful to me on many occasions and you probably don't get thanked enough! I hope that I will be able to do something in the near future to help you and I would like some information for the future on doing some volunteer work etc. I wll hopefully get some time to make up a donation box for Christmas ! THANK YOU again so much! Laura

"Thanks so much Sarah (Import Export Dept). You have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can you please forward my praise to your boss! It is not often I come across such professionalalism and caring as yours. Thanks Nicky (and Achilleas :)"
"Dear Gaynor,(Import Export Dept) I would like to express my total and utter satisfaction at the way in which our pets Chaz & Fluffy were treated, from the time of collection which went extremely well
The gentlemen who collected them sank to the floor on contact with our dog Chaz and made him feel immediately comfortable and in so doing Chaz went with him and jumped up onto his truck with vigour looking forward to the journey in front of him. Fluffy was also at ease and this in turn made my husband and I comfortable with the situation.
You personally supplied all the details necessary for us to track our pets progress and for this I sincerely thank you. Their journey, I am sure, was made as comfortable as it could be under the circumstances and again I cannot thank you enough for your patience, professionalism and courtesy which you showed to me at all times.
Chaz and Fluffy have settled well in the UK (warm weather currently) and are enjoying their new surroundings and experiencing grass and traffic!!!!
Overall the service you supplied to us was excellent and I would recommend Paphiakos as a prime export service for pets to all who may require such a service.
Take care and kind regards Carol Field"
"Good afternoon Gaynor & Sarah,
I would just like to thank you for all your help during the relocation of our two dogs Ziggy and Scamp. They arrived at Dublin airport perfectly and showed no sign of stress or anguish what so ever ,they have settled in and are running around as if they were born here. I will have no trouble passing your contact details on to any one wanting to move their dogs abroad. So once again a very big thank you, Best regards Fred. "

"Hi Gaynor, just a note to let you know that Scraggy has settled down really well, as you can see from the photo. Please relay my grateful thanks to everyone at the Clinic who helped to get her here.
I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing taking her away from her natural environment but I can give her a much better life she will never have to worry about when she will eat next and will have a nice home to spoil her.Once again thank you"...... Beth Jones
" Hi There, just to say thank you for making us welcome at the clinic and the sanctuary We really enjoyed working alongside you all-thanks for your time-and what fantastic work you are doing-BLESS YOU!!!!
We wondered if the Cocker Spaniel was still looking for a home?
If she still is looking for a home and you would be happy for us to have her, how would we go about this? We have given it some thought as we didnt want to rush and regret the decision. We look forward to hearing from you"

"I would like you to pass a message on to Angela Saunders who works for you, she phoned us last week to let us know that she had been contacted by EPN about our lost cat Max who had been missing 7 weeks ( from the day we arrived back from Cyprus he managed to escape). So its a big thank you to Paphiakos for contacting us to let us know he had been found. Max is now reunited with the other 6 cats and 5 dogs that we brought over with us, all have settled in well and enjoying their new life in England. They all coped well with the flight, even our nervous dog came out of Heathrow Reception Centre waging his tail !
Once again thank you for your help, for the times they were ill and the treatment you gave them, good luck for the future."
Kind regards, Bill & Christine Hawkins
Many thanks for taking in my mum's cats, as you can imagine this is all very difficult for her. I believe my brother dropped some cats off to you this morning at the clinic? He's sure it's you he spoke to.....?
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the cats received this morning is only a portion of them and he was hoping to deliver the rest to you this afternoon but it doesn't appear to be happening as the cats are all scarpering so it'll probably be tomorrow morning again, I hope this is ok for you? Once all the cats are with you my mother has arranged a donation of bedding, food and biscuits, beds and toys and she was panicking that because you hadn't yet received this you would think that you weren't getting a donation from her and that her cats wouldn't be taken to the cat shelter - PLEASE, you will have a donation - it's just coming with the last of the cats!!
Thanks again for your help with this very unfortunate situation, the job you all do is amazing.
